  • Sports Massage Therapist | Functional Fitness Trainer (NASM Certified)

With over 30 years of experience, Mike Recicar has dedicated his career to helping athletes recover, rebuild, and reach peak performance. His approach integrates sports massage therapy and functional fitness training to restore balance, stability, and mobility throughout the body.

Mike specializes in assessing and correcting muscular imbalances caused by the physical demands of training and competition. Through muscle testing and detailed movement assessments—in person or via video—he identifies dominant and underactive muscle groups to restore alignment, reduce pain, and prevent injury.

“A tight muscle will pull a joint into a dysfunctional position, and a weak muscle will allow it to happen.”

Mike’s individualized programs enhance performance through evidence-based movement, strength development, and recovery strategies that support the primary and secondary muscle systems essential for each athlete’s sport or activity. His passion lies in helping athletes of all levels move better, perform stronger, and sustain long-term health and performance.

  • RRCA Certified Run Coach | Functional Fitness Trainer

Robert Sterba combines a mechanic’s precision with an athlete’s mindset to help runners perform at their best. As an RRCA Certified Run Coach, functional fitness trainer, and competitive ultrarunner, Robert applies a systems-based approach to optimize form, endurance, and recovery.

With a natural talent for problem-solving, Robert views the human body much like a high-performance machine — requiring the right mechanics, alignment, and fuel to function optimally. His coaching emphasizes efficient running technique, nutrition planning, and race strategy to help each athlete reach their individual summit.

A dedicated father, husband, and lifelong runner, Robert brings energy, discipline, and empathy to every athlete he coaches — creating a supportive environment where science, community, and performance come together.

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science

Brooke is a lifelong athlete who believes strength is a foundation for life. After competing in basketball, track, and cross country in high school and running cross country in college, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science along with her NASM certification, combining formal education with years of dedicated strength training experience and athletic development.

She takes an athletic-based approach to training, grounded in the belief that we are all athletes in this game of life — designed to move in multiple directions, build resilience, and adapt to challenges. Her training focuses on developing functional strength, confidence, and long-term independence.

As a single mother of three girls, Brooke is passionate about showing women what it truly means to be strong — both physically and mentally. She specializes in working with women in every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Her mission is to help women unlock their strength, do hard things, and maintain independence as they age.

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
    Level 1 Landmine University Cert
    CE- Back Pain Corrective Exercise

Ethan is a performance-driven coach who believes training should enhance life — not compete with it. His approach blends strength development, endurance training, and functional movement to build resilient, capable athletes and individuals who move well both inside and outside the gym.

With specialized education in back pain corrective exercise, Ethan emphasizes smart programming, proper mechanics, and intentional progression. He focuses on helping clients build strength through discipline and consistency rather than ego, creating long-term results that support durability and performance. Whether working with athletes or adults looking to move better and feel stronger, his goal is to develop confidence through measurable progress and purposeful training.

Ethan values balance in both training and life. Outside the gym, he spends his time surfing, riding bikes, running, and embracing an active outdoor lifestyle alongside his wife and their Australian shepherd, Willow. Whether chasing waves or keeping up with Willow’s endless energy and disregard for rest days, he lives the same movement-focused philosophy he brings to his clients every day.

For Ethan, training is about becoming stronger, more capable, and more confident — building a foundation that supports performance, longevity, and an active lifestyle for years to come.
